1. Introduction
Welcome to ProjectMe.ai (“Project Me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your use of our app, website, tools, AI agents, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not create accounts on behalf of minors or allow minors to use the Service independently.
You may add birth chart data (date, time, and location of birth) for family members, including children, for the purpose of relationship compatibility insights and multi-chart analysis. By doing so, you represent that you have the legal authority to provide such information and accept full responsibility for its use.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You must:
Provide accurate, current information.
Keep login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
5. License Grant & Scope of Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-commercial, personal license to use the Service.
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Service.
Reverse engineer or decompile.
Sell or commercially exploit the Service.
Use the Service to provide therapy or coaching to others.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate laws or third-party rights.
Submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
Seek medical, legal, or professional diagnoses.
Upload personally identifiable data about children under 13, except birth chart data (date, time, and location of birth) added by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of multi-chart analysis.
Request explicit content.
Harass or attempt to deceive the Service.
Circumvent security features.
Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or content from the Service. Authorized AI crawlers identified in our robots.txt and llms.txt files are permitted.
7. AI Output & Intellectual Property
AI-generated content (“AI Output”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable. You agree that:
AI Output is not guaranteed to be unique.
You must verify accuracy independently.
You assume full responsibility for your use of AI Output.
AI Output may be used to improve the Service.
We make no warranty that AI Output is correct, safe, lawful, or reliable.
8. User Content & Data
You agree not to submit:
PHI (Protected Health Information)
Financial account details
Government-issued identification numbers
Personally identifiable data about children under 13, except birth chart data (date, time, and location of birth) added by a parent or legal guardian
Mental-health crisis information
You understand that the Service is not HIPAA compliant.
8.2 Data Retention & Deletion
We may store your data for operational, legal, and safety reasons. Deleted account data may remain in backups or anonymized systems.
9. Privacy & Data Practices
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:
Data collection and processing

Model improvement practices
No system is fully secure; you provide information at your own risk.
Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
10.1 Subscription Plans
The Service offers a subscription plan at $9.99 per month, which includes unlimited AI coaching conversations and the ability to add unlimited birth charts for family, partners, friends, and other individuals in your life.
10.2 Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
10.3 Apple App Store Purchases
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
10.4 General Billing Terms
Fees must be paid on time.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Pricing may change with advance notice to subscribers.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store or our refund policy, whichever applies.
11. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party products or links. We are not responsible for their content, actions, or your interactions with them.
12. Intellectual Property
All Service content is owned by ProjectMe.ai or its licensors. You may not use trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.
13. Modifications & Beta Features
We may:
Modify or discontinue features
Introduce beta or experimental features
Change the Service without liability
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE.
We disclaim all warranties, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy of AI Output
Reliability of spiritual or intuitive language
You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for emotional distress, reliance damages, spiritual interpretation, or decisions made based on AI Output.
Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Certain jurisdictions may limit these restrictions.
16. Mental & Emotional Health Waiver
You acknowledge and agree that the Service:
Does not assess or monitor mental health
Cannot detect trauma, psychosis, dissociation, or emotional instability
Is not appropriate for individuals experiencing severe psychological symptoms
You assume all risks associated with emotional exploration.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProjectMe.ai and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, security issues, or legal risks.
Certain obligations survive termination.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming.
20. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, government actions, or platform failures.
